Alloy Anchors are primarily used as anchors for integral linings (castable, plastic and sprayable linings). Refractory brick linings also use anchors, but they are not used in many cases. Metal Anchors are usually used to support and fix thin or heat-insulating overall linings, such as chimney linings, wear-resistant linings of petrochemical catalytic cracking reactors (usually tortoise shell mesh anchors), linings of integral jet metallurgical spray guns, DH, RH The overall lining of the immersion tube of the vacuum degassing device, the lining of the discharge day of the rotary kiln, the feeding port, etc. The lining with long-term service temperature below 1200°C is usually fixed by metal anchors, or the short-term service temperature is higher than 1200°C and can be used intermittently. Ceramic anchors are usually used to fix thicker (greater than 200mm) integral linings, which are characterized by:
(1) Anchor can withstand high working temperature, and is generally used for the lining of kiln furnaces that are used for a long time above 1200 °C;
(2) Refractory Anchors can withstand the erosion and corrosion of corrosive atmosphere;
(3) It can extend to the working surface to reduce the peeling of the overall lining;
(4) Compared with metal anchor bolts, it has a larger contact area with the refractory lining and has greater supporting capacity;
(5) The thermal expansion coefficient is equivalent to that of the overall refractory material, which can eliminate the cracking or peeling of the inner lining caused by thermal expansion mismatch
