    Metallic Anchors bolts should be firmly welded to the steel plate of the furnace shell, and the other end should have a certain distance from the heating surface to ensure its normal operation.
    Furnace top anchorage: The open-hearth furnace top should be in the form of a hanging anchoring structure, which can be completely separated from the furnace wall. The distribution of bolts is generally arranged regularly, and the center distance between rows is 360X460 mm. If it is too large, the Anchor will be easily damaged; if it is too small, the construction will be very inconvenient. Most of the furnace top anchors are made of non-metallic materials, which should be hung straight and not deflected, otherwise the anchor neck will be broken due to the action of torque, and even the furnace top will collapse. The connection between the anchor rod and the I-beam or round steel pipe can be made of alloy round steel, metal casting or ordinary steel. If Furnace Anchor is used, the distance between the end protruding into the refractory concrete and the heating surface should be greater than 30mm.
