Generally, the lower part of the working lining of the furnace roof is made of heavy castables, and the upper part is made of light castables. The interface between light castable and heavy castable is easy to generate stress, and the stress is easy to mix with heavy castable. The interaction between the anchor brick and the anchor body produces stress concentration at the groove of the anchor brick body. When the stress is greater than the stress that the anchor can withstand, the anchor of Refractory Brick Anchors will break, which will lead to the occurrence of roof fall accidents in industrial kilns, resulting in shutdowns for maintenance and affecting normal production orders.
The following points should be paid attention to during construction:
(1) The position of the Brick Anchor anchor brick should meet the design requirements and be guaranteed to be perpendicular to the furnace shell. Anchor bricks, anchor seats and anchor hooks should be fastened to each other without loosening. Anchor hook "R" cannot be attached to the anchor block. During construction, the round holes of the anchor seat and the anchor brick should be covered with hard paper (to prevent the inner lining from falling off), so that the anchor brick can freely lift and lower the wall with the expansion and contraction of the furnace body. (2) Hanging bricks The installation position of the hanging bricks should meet the design requirements and be guaranteed to be perpendicular to the hanging beams. In order to prevent the hanging bricks from moving up (not tight) during the tamping (plasticizing) or vibrating (pouring) process of the furnace roof, wooden wedges must be added between the hanging bricks and the hanging beams (pipes). both sides. Temporary plugging after tamping or vibrating to a certain distance. (3) The plastic lining should be trimmed in time after demoulding. Demolding time, the furnace wall can be demoulded every 24 hours (the furnace roof can be slightly longer). In some cases, the unremoved surface should be repaired in time, and the expansion lines and pores should be opened. (4) Maintenance of the refractory plastic furnace lining after trimming and opening the pores. In order to prevent severe dehydration, block the surface pores, and form a hardened "fake death" layer, so that the internal moisture is not easy to volatilize, escape, and cause cracks or peeling, it should be used in time. Cover tightly with polyethylene plastic sheeting. Refractory castables are preserved for health. Let stand after pouring. Don't step on it and touch it. It can be demolded after hardening for 1-2 days according to the temperature (the furnace top should be slightly longer).
